COVID-19: Finance Resources
Since March of this year, COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the economy, families, and individuals. It has truly been a humbling experience to reflect on the fact not that long ago, I was unemployed for nearly seven months scraping together what little I had to try to get to where I am now. Coming from a very poor immigrant background, I imagined a future where I would not have to wonder where food was coming from but could never really be sure that it would be a reality. In the midst of the devastation wrought by the pandemic, I know I now occupy a place of privilege in my food and financial security that I was unsure might ever be a reality, not just a year ago. I pray for a day when it is not a privilege but a right for people to have these basic needs not just met, but abundant.
Because of my background, there was little I knew about finances and how to manage money, especially in this country. People need FREE Resources now, and here are just a few:

Until next time.
