Whether I am on the floor engaging with LEGOs or in the chair sharing a moment of humour, we work through the pain and trauma of living. I specialize in the following areas:

Family Psychotherapy
Unlike individual services, family work is about every member of the family. Though family members may enter with the feeling that one specific person is the "problem," my goal is to work with you to assist in understanding that a family is a living system where everyone has a role. Family members may also have ideas about what those roles are and we work to challenge them and tap into your natural ability to heal your system, understand the baggage and stories you carry and establish new communication and conflict resolution skills. This process is always messy!
